"Easement"), for a purchase price of $9,600, to facilitate and implement the project to upgrade the
Hetch Hetchy Communications System; adopting environmental findings and findings under San
Francisco Planning Code Section 101.1; and authorizing the Director of Property and/or the General
Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission to execute documents, make certain
modifications and take certain actions in furtherance of this Resolution.
