Transfer Agreement between the City and County, through its Port Commission, and Catellus
Development Corporation; approving the Agency lease and the Catellus lease in connection
therewith; approving indemnities and releases by the City in connection with the transactions
contemplated by such documents; adopting environmental findings pursuant to the California
Environmental Quality Act; and adopting findings that such agreement is consistent with the City's
General Plan and Eight Priority Policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
