Ordinance approving and authorizing the amendment and restatement of the agreement concerning
the public trust for Mission Bay, among the City and County, including its Port Commission, the State
of California and Catellus Development Corporation; adopting findings that certain transfers of land
contemplated by such agreement are authorized by and consistent with the provisions of state
legislation set forth in Chapter 1143 of the Statutes of 1991, as amended by Chapter 86 of the
Statutes of 1992 and Chapter 203 of the Statutes of 1997; adopting findings pursuant to the California
Environmental Quality Act; and adopting findings that such agreement is consistent with the City's
General Plan and eight priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
