Resolution urging the Department of Elections immediately to mail to the voters of San Francisco new
absentee ballots with Chinese translation for all candidates' names, and to include a letter of
explanation (in Chinese and English), and urging the Department of Elections to make certain that all

the candidates whose names appear on the ballot.
