purposes of Articles 3, 4 and 7 of the Park Code and adding Articles 8B and 8C to the Park Code
granting the Director of Public Works the authority to manage United Nations Plaza, to perform
functions described in Sections 3.03, 3.07, 3.16, 4.11, 4.12 and 4.13 of the Park Code, to make rules
for the use of the plaza and to designate additional activities in the plaza for which a permit is
required, and granting the Director of Property the authority to manage Hallidie Plaza, to perform
functions described in Sections 3.03, 3.07, 3.16, 4.11, 4.12 and 4.13 of the Park Code, to make rules
