Resolution urging the State of California to transfer the Central Freeway right-of-way between Turk
and Market Streets to the City and County of San Francisco so that the right-of-way, or proceeds from
the sale thereof, can be used to create a replacement system of City streets and/or to construct
affordable housing in accordance with the Central Freeway Replacement Project Act of 1998 and
urging San Francisco's Legislative Delegation to introduce legislation to effect such a transfer as soon
as possible.
