County of San Francisco for FY2009-2010 to (1) authorize the expenditure in an amount not to
exceed $28,700,000 for payment to the Educational Revenue Augmentation Fund; (2) authorize an
increase in expenditures in an amount not to exceed $156,000 for additional grant reimbursements
from the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA); and (3)
authorize an increase in expenditures in an amount not to exceed $1,033,417 for additional Housing
Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funding.
