Resolution approving a grant agreement between Urban Alchemy and the Department of
Homelessness and Supportive Housing for emergency shelter operations and support services
serving approximately 250 adults experiencing homelessness at the property located at 711 Post
Street, for a total term of February 1, 2022, through June 30, 2024, for a total not to exceed amount of
$18,736,820 pursuant to Charter, Section 9.118(b); affirming the Planning Department’s determination
under the California Environmental Quality Act; and making findings of consistency with General Plan,
and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1.
