amount of City and County of San Francisco General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2022-R1, to
refund certain outstanding General Obligation Bonds of the City and County of San Francisco;
approving the form and authorizing the execution and delivery of an Escrow Agreement relating to
certain Prior Bonds; approving the form and authorizing the distribution of the Preliminary Official
Statement and authorizing the execution, delivery and distribution of the Official Statement relating to
the sale of said bonds; ratifying certain actions previously taken; and granting general authority to City
officials to take necessary actions in connection with the authorization, issuance, sale, and delivery of
said bonds, as defined herein.
