Ordinance amending the Administrative Code to require the City to acquire at least 20 additional
dwelling units for use as transitional housing for homeless transitional age youth in the Haight-
Ashbury neighborhood no later than March 31, 2023; and to require the Department of Homelessness
and Supportive Housing to report to the Board of Supervisors on its progress for such acquisition no
later than 120 days after the effective date of this Ordinance; affirming the Planning Department’s
determination under the California Environmental Quality Act; and making findings of consistency with
the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1.
