Resolution authorizing the Director of Property, on behalf of the Department of Public Health, to
extend the term of an existing City lease with 1170 Market Street LLC, for a building located at 1170
Market Street, from June 30, 2022, for a total term of January 3, 2022, through December 31, 2022, at
a base rent of $75,000 per month, for a total amount of $450,000 for six months; authorizing the
Director of Property to execute documents and take certain actions in furtherance of this Resolution;
as defined herein; and to authorize the Director of Property to enter into amendments or modifications
to the Lease that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary
to effectuate the purposes of the Lease or this Resolution.
