amount of $1,500,000 from the California Arts Council for the design and planning of new
improvements on or about Harvey Milk Plaza for the project term of July 2022 through February 2023;
authorizing the Public Works Director to enter into a grant agreement with the California Arts Council
regarding the same; authorizing the Department of Public Works and the Clerk of the Board to take
further actions necessary under the grant agreement, as defined herein; and retroactively approving
the submittal of the grant application.
