garages and one lot operated by the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), for an
amount not to exceed $180,000,000 and a term of five years, with two two-year options to extend, and
with said options the SFMTA may exercise without further approval by the Board of Supervisors,
effective upon approval of this Resolution.
