Resolution retroactively authorizing the Recreation and Park Department (RPD) to accept and expend
a $211,000 grant from the California State Department of Parks and Recreation, Division of Boating
and Waterways for the San Francisco Marina Vessel Turn-In Program; retroactively approving the
Grant Terms and Conditions for the term of August 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023; and
authorizing RPD to enter into amendments or modifications to the Grant Terms and Conditions and to
execute further agreements that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities of the City and
are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the project or this Resolution.
