Square Prefabricated Public Restroom and Future Modular Restroom Project in San Francisco Parks
and Open Spaces; approving the associated grant agreement for the term of July 1, 2022, through
June 30, 2026; and authorizing the Recreation and Park Department to enter into amendments or
modifications to the grant agreement that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities of the
City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of this grant or this Resolution.
