series of Refunding Certificates of Participation Series 2023-R1 proceeds, (2) de-appropriation of

and (3) re-appropriation of the same amount to Refunding Certificates of Participation Series 2023-
R1; and placing these funds on Controller’s Reserve pending the sale of the Certificates of
Participation in Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-2023.
