spaces to be used as employee parking for Waymo’s existing automotive maintenance site at 201
Toland Street; the proposal includes interior modifications to create an employee break room, security
office, meeting room, and restrooms; exterior alterations are limited to the replacement of one roll-up
door with a larger roll-up door that extends to grade to an industrial building within the PDR-2
(Production, Distribution and Repair) Zoning District and 80-E Height and Bulk District. (District 10)
