Francisco and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (dba AT&T) for the installation of wireless
telecommunications antennae and equipment on San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency
(SFMTA) and San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) poles, each for a term of 12 years
and resulting in revenues that could exceed $1,000,000 effective upon approval of this Resolution;
and affirming the Planning Department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act.
