a donor recognition installation for the project term effective upon approval of this Resolution until
Notice of Substantial Completion; and authorizing the Recreation and Park General Manager to enter
into any modifications to the Grant do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities of the City to
effectuate the purposes of the Grant or this Resolution.
