$9,607,500 from the United States Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration Port
Infrastructure Development Program to fund the Amador Street Infrastructure Improvement Project
from March 1, 2024, through February 28, 2027; and authorizing the Port Executive Director to enter
into modifications to the Grant Agreement that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to
the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the Grant Agreement or this Resolution.
