Ordinance amending the Administrative Code to direct the City Administrator to negotiate
amendments to the citywide Project Labor Agreement (PLA) that would incorporate into the PLA multi-
family affordable housing projects constructed under an agreement with the Mayor’s Office of Housing
and Community Development, make subject to the PLA subcontractors for PLA-covered projects that
qualify as Local Business Enterprises once they have been awarded over $5,000,000 for work on
covered projects, and extend the term of the PLA from 20 to 30 years, until July 14, 2050.
