Resolution retroactively authorizing the Port of San Francisco to accept and expend a parking
management capital grant in the amount of $200,000 from the Metropolitan Transportation
Commission (MTC), a transportation planning, financing and coordinating agency for the nine-county
San Francisco Bay Area, to fund the acquisition and installation of multi-space pay stations; and to
authorize the Port Executive Director to enter into amendments or modifications to the agreement that
do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the
purposes of the agreement or this Resolution from September 30, 2024, through January 29, 2027.
