Hearing to consider the proposed Initiative Ordinance submitted by four or more Supervisors to the voters for the November 5, 2019, Election, entitled "Ordinance amending the Business and Tax Regulations Code and Administrative Code to impose an additional gross receipts tax and administrative office tax on businesses with a ratio of the compensation of the business’s highest-paid employee to the median compensation paid to the business’s employees based in the City that exceeds 100:1, to fund Mental Health SF (as proposed in the initiative ordinance in Board File No. 190665) or other mental health services; and increasing the City’s appropriations limit by the amount collected under the additional tax for four years from November 5, 2019."
