City and County of San Francisco, Philip Ginsburg in his Individual and Official Capacity, Dana Ketcham in her Individual Capacity, and Diane Rea in her Individual Capacity; other material terms of said settlement are waiver of San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) Invoice (#EF14-063) in the amount of $1,139.04.
