Ordinance authorizing the Department of the Environment to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $175,000 from the Living Cities Initiative to support the City’s Zero Energy Home Program by accelerating the use of home performance testing of existing buildings throughout the City and thus drive the market, which will create a range of employment and career growth options and amend Ordinance Number 183-09 to reflect the addition of one (1) grant funded position at the Department of the Environment.
