Resolution authorizing the Treasure Island Development Authority to execute a Grant Application, Grant Agreement, and related documents under the United States Department of Defense Office of Economic Adjustment Defense Community Infrastructure Pilot Program, and to accept and expend funds as set forth in the Grant Application, a total amount not to exceed $5,075,200 and authorizing the Treasure Island Director to execute any documents and perform any actions necessary to accept and expend the Grant; and adopting findings under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the CEQA Guidelines, and Chapter 31 of the San Francisco Administrative Code.
