Resolution concurring with the Controller's certification previously approved under Proposition J that services can be performed by private contractor for a lower cost than similar work performed by City and County employees, for the following services: employee parking management, information booth, public parking management and shuttle bus services (Airport); paratransit and security services (MTA); citation information, janitorial and landscaping, coin counting and collection, security, and towing services (MTA Parking & Traffic); janitorial and security services (Port).
