Ordinance approving a Development Agreement between the City and County of San Francisco, Freedom West Homes Corporation, and MFP FW DEV, LLC for the development of an approximately 10.37-acre site in the Western Addition neighborhood generally bounded by Golden Gate Avenue to the north, Gough Street to the east, Fulton Street to the south, and Laguna Street to the west, and bisected by McAllister Street; making findings under the California Environmental Quality Act, findings of conformity with the General Plan, and with the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1(b), and findings of public convenience, necessity, and welfare under Planning Code, Section 302; approving certain development impact fees for the Project and waiving certain Planning Code fees and requirements; confirming compliance with or waiving certain provisions of the Administrative Code, Planning Code, Labor and Employment Code, Subdivision Code, Campaign and Governmental Conduct Code, and Public Works Code; and ratifying certain actions taken in connection therewith, as defined herein.
