Hearing regarding pre- and post-eviction enforcement activities and the roles of agencies in the area of residential evictions, and including: departments' roles in the investigation and/or verification of an alleged wrongful/unlawful eviction; enforcement action(s) that agencies undertake in such cases; number of cases that agencies resolved through mediation, prosecution, or any other proceedings over the past five years and their outcomes; and requesting the Rent Board, City Attorney, and District Attorney to report.
