Hearing of the Board of Supervisors sitting as a Committee of the Whole on January 24, 2017, at 3:00 p.m., to hold a public hearing to consider the following to form Community Facilities District No. 2016-1 (Treasure Island): (File Nos. 161122, 161123, 161124, 161125, 161126, and 161127) a Resolution of formation of Community Facilities District No. 2016-1 (Treasure Island), Improvement Area No. 1 and a future annexation area; a Resolution determining necessity to incur bonded indebtedness and other debt in an amount not to exceed $5,000,000,000 for the Community Facilities District; a Resolution calling a special election in City and County of San Francisco Community Facilities District; a Resolution declaring results of a special election and directing recording of notice of special tax lien for the Community Facilities District; an Ordinance levying special taxes within the Community Facilities District; and a Resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of special tax bonds for Improvement Area No. 1 of the Community Facilities District in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $250,000,000.
