Motion requesting the Legislative Analyst to survey other jurisdictions regarding down payment assistance programs for first time homebuyers and to consult with the City Attorney's Office and the Mayor's Office of Housing regarding the feasibility and effectiveness of a down payment assistance program. Also requesting the Legislative Analyst to evaluate current homebuyer assistance programs and deliver report by November 14, 2003.
