Ordinance amending the Administrative Code to make the following changes to the Sunshine Ordinance Task Force: to remove the 60-day limit on hold-over service following the conclusion of a member’s term of office, to increase the two-year term of office to a four-year term of office, and to modify the process for removing members to provide that the Board of Supervisors may only remove members for official misconduct under Charter, Section 15.105, rather than for any reason.
