Resolution authorizing the Port of San Francisco to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $796,100 from the San Francisco Bay Restoration Authority to fund the Heron’s Head Park Shoreline Resilience Project for a period to commence following Board approval, through December 2033; and to authorize the Port Executive Director to enter into amendments or modifications to the agreement that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the agreement or this Resolution.
