Resolution retroactively authorizing the Department of Public Health to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $17,500 from the Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration through the California Department of Health Care Services, together with a grant in the amount of $1,960,000 from the California Department of Health Care Services for a total grant amount of $1,977,500 to participate in a program, entitled “Crisis Care Mobile Units (CCMU) Program,” for the period of September 15, 2021, through June 30, 2025, and to authorize Department of Public Health to enter into amendments or modifications to the contract prior to its final execution by all parties that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City, and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the contract.
