Ordinance appropriating $2,345,549, of which $1,077,589 is from Juvenile Hall Youth Guidance Center Replacement Project Certificates of Participation (COPs) interest earned, $847,960 is from the Reserve for Rainy Day – One-time Spending Account, and $420,000 is from a deappropriation of the Youth Guidance Center facilities maintenance project, to fund Juvenile Hall Youth Guidance Center Replacement Project construction costs in the Department of Public Works for Fiscal Year 2006-2007.
