Resolution approving the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program; authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, to apply for, accept, and expend the City’s FY2023-2024 CDBG Program entitlement from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of up to $18,808,788 and to expend estimated program income in the amount of $6,275,000 for a combined total of approximately $25,083,788 for a period beginning July 1, 2023, through the date when all funds are expended.
