Resolution approving the Professional Services Agreement, Contract No. 50447 for the Curbside Management Program at San Francisco International Airport between SP Plus LLC and the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through its Airport Commission for a total not to exceed amount of $45,000,000 for a three year term commencing on November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029 with one two-year option to extend the Contract, exercisable at the sole discretion of the Commission.
