Resolution retroactively authorizing the Office of the District Attorney of the City and County of San Francisco to renew its current agreement with the California Victim Compensation Board, an agent of the State of California, for a revolving fund in the amount of $75,000 to establish a process to pay expenses on an emergency basis when the claimant would suffer substantial hardship if the payment was not made and when the payment would help the claimant with an immediate need for the period of July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2023.
