Ordinance amending Municipal Code, Part III, by amending Section 26 to provide that in granting, denying, revoking or refusing to revoke any permit related to "dwellings" in which "protected class members" (each as defined in San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 87) are likely to reside, the granting or revoking power shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 87 of the Administrative Code.
