Hearing on developer fees and inclusionary housing requirements in the Rincon Hill Area Plan. Specifically, the hearing should include discussion of: (1) Developer fees for public benefits in the new Rincon Hill neighborhood; (2) Developer fees for citywide public benefits, such as street tree planting; (3) The percentage of affordable housing to be included in development plans; (4) The location of the off-site affordable housing; (5) Tax benefits that will accrue as a result of Rincon Hill development projects.
