Resolution authorizing the Recreation and Park Department (“RPD”) to retroactively accept and expend a grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) for the Brownfield Cleanup Program to support environmental remediation and park redevelopment at India Basin Shoreline Park (“Project”), in the amount of $4,000,000 for the period of July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2029; approving the associated grant agreement; and authorizing the RPD General Manager, acting in consultation with the City Attorney, to enter into modifications and amendments to the agreement that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities of the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the Project or this Resolution.
