Resolution: 1) authorizing a lease of real property and improvements known as the San Francisco Wholesale Produce Market, near 2095 Jerrold Avenue, to the San Francisco Market Corporation; 2) adopting findings pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act; 3) adopting findings that the transactions contemplated are consistent with the City’s General Plan and Eight Priority Policies of the City’s Planning Code; and 4) authorizing the City Administrator, or designee, to execute documents, make certain modifications, and take certain actions in furtherance of this resolution.
