Resolution extending by 30-days the prescribed time within which the Planning Commission may render its decision on an Ordinance (File No. 120220) amending the San Francisco Planning Code by: 1) amending Sections 135(h)(4), 135.3(g), and 138(i) to impose additional signage requirements for privately owned publicly-accessible open spaces; 2) amending Section 603(k) to make a conforming amendment; and 3) making environmental findings, Planning Code Section 302 findings, and findings of consistency with General Plan and Planning Code Section 101.1.
