Resolution authorizing the Recreation and Park Department to accept and expend a Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant from the State of California Department of Parks and Recreation in the amount of $743,543 for the Noe Valley Town Square Project; and authorizing the Director of Real Estate to record a Deed Restriction with the Assessor-Recorder against the property designated as Assessor’s Parcel Block No. 6509, Lot No. 040, providing that the use restrictions contained in the Grant Agreement will be covenants, conditions, and restrictions on the use of the property in perpetuity.
