Motion calling from the Land Use and Transportation Committee, pursuant to Board Rule 3.37, the proposed Ordinance (File No. 160252) amending the Planning Code to allow for the construction of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs, also known as Secondary or In-Law Units) on all lots in the City in areas that allow residential use, and scheduling the Board of Supervisors to sit as a Committee of the Whole on July 19, 2016, at 3:00 p.m., to hold a public hearing to consider the proposed Ordinance.
