Resolution authorizing the Office of Contract Administration to enter into the Fifth Amendment of the contract agreement between the City and County of San Francisco and InterVision Systems LLC, a Technology Marketplace, Tier 1B Specialist contractor, to increase the contract limit from $30,000,000 to $32,000,000, with no change to the length of term for the period of October 1, 2014, through September 30, 2018, with the option to extend for up to one year.
