Resolution approving Amendment No. 2, authorizing the Executive Director of the Human Services Agency to execute an amendment to the Grant Agreement between the City and County of San Francisco, by and through its Human Services Agency, and the non-profit San Francisco Marin Food Bank, to provide the Food Assistance Program to older adults and adults with disabilities for the total agreement term of July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2022, by increasing the agreement amount to $1,225,831 with a contingent amount of $858,058 for a total not to exceed amount of $11,338,162.
