Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the determination of exemption from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act issued as a Categorical Exemption by the Planning Department, for the proposed project at 2001-37th Avenue, Assessor’s Parcel Block No. 2094, Lot No. 006; to permit the addition of new stadium lights on an existing football field at St. Ignatius College Preparatory, to propose a lighting system at the J.B. Murphy Field Athletic Stadium to allow for evening use and a Verizon macro wireless telecommunications services (WTS) facility consisting of nine panel antennas that will be screened; to construct four 90 foot tall poles with LED light fixtures and the north-west pole would include the WTS facility and ancillary equipment with installation of each pole requiring up to approximately 30 feet of excavation below ground surface, resulting in a total of approximately 60 cubic yards of soil disturbance.
