Title: Ordinance amending the San Francisco Administrative Code by amending the title to Chapter 2A, Article 1 to add the Department of Administrative Services and by adding a new Section 2A.22 to Chapter 2A, Article 1 to create the Mayor’s Office on Disability and place it within the Department of Administrative Services and empower the Mayor’s Office on Disability to issue, subject to approval by ordinance of the Board of Supervisors, policies and procedures with respect to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (Public Law 101-336) and other disability rights laws and disability access regulations and codes.
