Title: Ordinance amending the San Francisco Business and Tax Regulations Code to add Article 16-A to impose a transactions and use tax at the rate of one-quarter of one percent (0.25%) in accordance with Parts 1.6 and 1.7 of Division 2 of the California Revenue and Taxation Code, for the purpose of providing additional support for emergency medical, hospital inpatient, outpatient, public health, mental health and substance abuse services to residents of the City and County of San Francisco; directing submission of the tax for voter approval at election and setting forth the ballot question therefor.
